14. 退款与争议解决
14. Refund & Dispute Resolution

14.1 Refund Policy

All purchases made through the Service are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law. Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion, subject to the following conditions:

• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date
• The Service must not have been used extensively or in a manner that prevents us from providing the Service to other users
• Refund requests must include a valid reason and supporting documentation if applicable
• We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet our criteria or are submitted after the specified time period

14.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Service, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, the parties agree to resolve such dispute through the following process:

• Negotiation: The parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiations
• Mediation: If negotiations fail, the parties agree to submit the dispute to mediation before a mutually agreed mediator
• Arbitration: If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre
• Jurisdiction: Any legal proceedings arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong

By using the Service, you agree to waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against us.
